A Stolen Hat Starts the Adventure
Elephant Quest is an action adventure game about a small blue elephant and his missing bowler hat. Wooly the mammoth steals the hat, so the elephant sets out to find him and take it back. That simple problem leads to a much larger journey through a connected world filled with platforms, enemies, other elephants, quests, keys, and upgrades.
You move the elephant with the keyboard and aim his laser with the mouse. The laser lets you attack creatures while moving through each area. Jumping and careful movement also matter because the world contains platforms and places that you cannot reach right away.
Explore 45 Different Areas
Elephant Quest gives you 45 areas to explore. The world does not force you down one straight path. You can move between areas, search for useful items, find keys, and speak with other elephant characters. Some characters give you side quests that ask you to locate objects or complete small tasks.
Completing these extra jobs has a purpose. Side quests can give experience, power-ups, and extra firepower. Keys help open the way toward later parts of the adventure.
A map also helps you understand how the different areas connect. This becomes useful once several paths become available.
Grow Into a Stronger Elephant
Your elephant starts with fairly simple abilities. Defeating enemies and finishing quests gives you experience. Earn enough experience and you gain levels. Leveling gives you points that you can spend on a large skill tree.
The upgrades can improve important abilities such as movement, jumping, and combat. Some upgrades also provide extra weapons or helpers. This means areas that seem difficult or unreachable near the beginning can become much easier after your elephant grows stronger.
Elephant Quest gives you several reasons to explore instead of rushing toward Wooly. You can search for missing items, help other characters, gain experience, collect keys, improve your skills, and discover new routes.
The funny story keeps the goal easy to understand. Wooly has your hat and you want it back. Everything between those two points turns that small problem into a surprisingly large adventure.
