Escape From a High-Security Prison
StealthBound is a stealth puzzle platform game about a prisoner trying to escape from a strange high-tech facility.
The building is filled with guards, security cameras, lasers, locked areas, and traps. Running directly toward the exit usually gets you caught. Instead, you need to watch what the guards are doing and find a safe way through each room.
Your goal in every stage is to reach the exit without letting the security system stop you.
Stay Out of Sight
Guards patrol different areas of the prison.
Each one can become a problem when you enter their view. Waiting behind cover gives you a chance to study the patrol and move when the guard looks somewhere else.
Some guards can also be knocked out when you approach them safely from behind. You cannot simply leave an unconscious guard lying in the middle of a busy corridor. Other guards may notice the body, so hiding it can become part of the puzzle.
This makes StealthBound more than a simple game of walking from one hiding place to another.
Use Keycards, Switches, and Objects
Many stages require you to interact with the environment before the way out becomes available.
You may need to find a keycard, activate a switch, move an object, or use something nearby to get past a guarded area.
The arrow keys or WASD control movement. Z or L handles actions and interactions. The mouse is used for menu navigation.
The controls stay simple, but the levels make you think about when and where to use them.
Watch for Cameras and Lasers
Human guards are not the only danger.
Security cameras can watch areas that look empty. Laser systems create another obstacle that cannot be handled in the same way as a walking guard.
You need to study the room before moving.
A safe-looking path may pass directly through a camera’s view. Another route may require you to use an object or wait for the right moment.
Find the Stars Along the Way
Each level also gives you something extra to search for.
There are three stars to collect during a stage. Reaching the exit completes the main job, but finding all three gives careful players another goal.
Some stars may require a little more exploration or a riskier route.
This creates a choice between escaping as safely as possible and searching every useful corner of the level.
Think Like an Escape Artist
StealthBound rewards patience, observation, and timing.
You need to study guard movement, use hiding places, deal with cameras, find useful objects, and decide when it is safe to cross an open area.
The cartoon presentation keeps the game light, but the puzzles can become surprisingly detailed.
Instead of fighting everything in your path, StealthBound asks you to find smarter solutions. Sneaking past a guard unnoticed can be more useful than confronting him. A keycard can be more valuable than a weapon. A hiding place can save an entire attempt.
That mix of stealth, platform movement, small puzzles, collectible stars, and prison escape challenges gives StealthBound its own clear identity.
