Search the City for Better Weapons
Russian Battle Royale is a single-player first-person action game set across a large Russian city. You begin with only a knife and need to deal with hostile enemies spread around the map.
The game gives you plenty of space to explore. Buildings and streets can hide useful weapons. Finding them quickly makes the fight easier because many enemies carry baseball bats or guns.
The main objective is to clear the city of 30 hostile gopniks. They do not all wait in one small area, so you need to move through the map and search for them.
Starting with a knife makes the first part more dangerous. Finding weapons such as a shotgun or a P90 gives you a better way to fight from a safer distance.
Learn the Main Controls
Use W, A, S, and D to move around the city. The mouse controls where you look and aim. Use the left mouse button to attack or shoot.
The mouse wheel lets you switch between available weapons. Press R when a gun needs reloading. Space makes the character jump. You can also pause the action when needed.
Some versions of the controls also let you interact with nearby items and run faster. Searching the surroundings matters because useful equipment can sit inside buildings or around defeated enemies.
Stay Mobile During Fights
Russian Battle Royale becomes harder when several enemies get close at the same time. Standing still makes it easier for a gunman or a bat-wielding opponent to reach you.
Moving through streets and using buildings for space can help. Ammunition also matters once you start using firearms. Reloading at a bad moment can leave you unable to attack.
Despite the name, Russian Battle Royale does not depend on a large online multiplayer match. The game focuses on one player exploring the city and clearing the hostile characters from the map.
Russian Battle Royale combines exploration with first-person combat. Search for weapons, keep track of nearby enemies, reload before the next fight, and work through the city until all 30 targets have been defeated.
