Climb an Ever-Changing Tower
Neverending Chevalier is an action platform game about a knight and his trusty horse climbing a tall and unpredictable tower.
Your main goal sounds simple. Keep moving upward and avoid falling.
The tower makes that task harder with changing platforms, dangerous creatures, difficult floor sections, and changing weather. The route does not feel like a calm staircase. You need to jump between ledges, react to awkward surfaces, and keep control of the knight while searching for the next safe place to land.
Coins and special trinkets appear along the climb. Collecting them improves your score and gives you another reason to take risks instead of always choosing the easiest route upward.
Movement Takes Practice
Neverending Chevalier gives the knight several useful movement skills.
You can move left and right across platforms and jump to higher areas. The knight can also stick to walls when moving toward them. From there, another jump sends him away from the wall.
Wall jumping becomes important when normal platforms do not provide an easy path upward.
The dash move gives you another option. You can dash while standing on the ground or while moving through the air. A well-timed dash can help cross a wide gap or reach a platform that sits slightly too far away for a normal jump.
These moves make the climbing more active than simply jumping from one flat block to another.
Coins and Trinkets Improve Your Score
Reaching a higher point matters, but Neverending Chevalier also rewards careful collecting.
Normal coins add points based on your current score multiplier. Trinkets have a much larger value. Picking up a trinket also raises the multiplier.
This makes trinkets especially useful during a strong run. A higher multiplier increases the value of the coins you collect after it.
There is a risk involved. Losing a life resets the multiplier back to one. A careless fall can therefore hurt more than your position in the tower. It can also remove the scoring bonus you worked to build.
The game also gives a time bonus when you finish a section. Your multiplier affects this reward as well. Fast climbing and careful collecting can work together to produce a much stronger score.
Weather and Hazards Change the Journey
The climb does not stay the same from beginning to end.
Harsh weather appears during the journey. Strange creatures can also get in your way. Some floor tiles create extra trouble and make certain parts of the tower harder to cross.
These changing conditions keep the player watching the screen instead of repeating the same jump pattern.
The tower can become more difficult as you continue upward. You may need to move faster, use wall jumps with better timing, or save a dash for a dangerous gap.
A Game About Going Higher
Neverending Chevalier keeps its goal easy to understand. Climb as far as possible, collect valuable items, avoid dangerous falls, and improve your score.
The challenge comes from controlling your movement well. A normal jump may work in one area. Another section may require a wall jump followed by a dash. A tempting trinket may offer a useful score boost, but reaching it can put the knight near a dangerous edge.
That mix of climbing, collecting, and quick movement gives Neverending Chevalier its own identity. The knight and horse theme adds some charm, while the changing tower keeps each part of the climb focused on timing and control.
