Pirates: Save Our Souls is a pirate-themed shooting puzzle game where you help a brave parrot rescue the souls of his captured friends. The evil Davy Jones attacks a pirate ship and traps the crew’s souls inside empty rum bottles.
The parrot is the only one left to save them. Armed with a pistol and a limited number of bullets, he must break every bottle to release his friends.
The game combines aiming with clever puzzles. You need to think about where your bullets will travel because some bottles hide behind walls and other obstacles.
A Pirate Ship Full of Trapped Souls
Your adventure takes place across 20 challenging levels.
Each stage contains bottles holding the souls of captured pirates. Your job is to break all these bottles before running out of ammunition.
Some bottles sit in easy-to-reach positions. Others appear behind wooden structures or around difficult corners.
You cannot always shoot directly at your target.
Instead, you need to find another way to reach the bottles and free the souls inside.
Bounce Your Bullets Around Obstacles

A bullet can hit a wall and travel in a different direction. This helps you reach bottles that are not directly in front of the parrot.
Look carefully at the position of each bottle before firing.
Try to work out which surface will send your bullet toward the target.
Small changes in your aim can produce different results. A carefully placed shot may even help you reach several objects.
Make Every Bullet Count
You only receive a limited amount of ammunition during each level.
Wasting too many bullets makes it impossible to rescue all the pirates.
The game also includes breakable ice blocks, explosive barrels, and treasure chests.
Exploding a barrel can help you reach difficult targets. Treasure chests offer extra points when you manage to hit them.
Focus on freeing the trapped souls first. You can attempt the bonus targets when you have enough ammunition remaining.
How to Play Pirates: Save Our Souls
Use your mouse to aim the parrot’s pistol.
Move the pointer toward your target and click the left mouse button to shoot.
Watch the bullet’s path before firing again.
You can also press the Space Bar to restart a level and try a different approach.
The controls are simple, but the puzzles require careful aiming.
Rescue the Entire Pirate Crew
The later levels introduce more complicated arrangements of bottles and obstacles.
You need to study each stage and choose a useful shooting angle.
Sometimes a direct shot works best. Other situations require you to bounce a bullet around a corner or use an explosive object.
