Unlock More Airplanes
Finishing levels allows you to progress through the game and gain access to new aircraft.
This gives you something to work toward beyond completing one course. A newly unlocked plane changes the look of the flight and gives you another aircraft to use while tackling later stages.
The game also gives you room to perform aerial tricks. Once you become comfortable with basic flying, you can experiment with sharper turns and more daring movements.
Those tricks still need control. A fancy move is not useful if it leaves the airplane facing away from the next ring.
The 20-level structure lets the game introduce its flying challenge in steps. Early stages give you time to understand how the aircraft responds. Later courses can demand better steering and more accurate approaches to the checkpoints.
